The Deputy Clerk is responsible for all election administration and voting information. The right to vote is the foundation of our democratic form of government. It is the job of the deputy clerk to preserve the rights of the electorate through efficient, honest, unbiased and uniform administration of elections.

The integrity and importance of the vote of each citizen is the responsibility of all election officials.

All residents of the Village of Richfield will be returning to Northbrook Church 4014 Hwy 167 (Holy Hill Road) Richfield in 2016 to vote.
  • Northbrook Church is located on the corner of Hillside Road and Hwy 167 (Holy Hill Road)
  • All voters must enter the building through the doors on either the west or east side (please enter at the new addition closest to HWY 167)   
  • Polls are open from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm.

Your completed absentee ballot must be delivered no later than 8:00pm on Election Day.  In addition, voters who cast provisional ballots may provide whatever documentation is required no later than 4:00PM on the Friday after the election in order for their provisional ballots to be counted. After results have been reported to the county, this page will contain a link showing the number of outstanding (pending) provisional ballots for the Washington County municipalities that publish this information on the County's website.

There is no voting absentee or registration in the Clerk's Office on the Saturday, Sunday, or Monday prior to any election.
